2. ആധാർ കാർഡിൻ്റെ പകർപ്പ്
3. ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിൻ്റെ പകർപ്പ്
4. മുൻ വർഷത്തെ മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്
5. ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (രക്ഷിതാവ് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.)
6. ഫോട്ടോ Passport Size)
7. Nativity certificate
8. Copy of fee receipt
